8 Easy Ways To Raise Your Vibe!
When you have a high vibe, it is a whole lot easier to attract what you desire into your life.
Here are 8 easy ways to raise your vibe today:
1. Hang with other high vibe people.
You can’t go wrong here. Are you feeling down? Are you feeling a little off? Surround yourself with others who will lift you up and help you get out of a funk. ❤
I practice this all the time. When I am in a funk, I hit up my Inner Circle Mommas and let them know. They help me get back on track and get my vibe where it needs to be. 💃
It doesn’t matter what one of us is going through. We are there for each other.
Who are you currently hanging out with? Are they high vibe or do they always seem to be negative?
Now, with that being said. Everybody has days were they are down. That is normal. Very few people if any can remain positive at all times but if you have someone in your life who is constantly bringing you down, you need to establish boundaries and protect your energy.
One of the biggest changes that lead me to creating a life I absolutely love, was letting go of people who were bringing me down and instead surrounding myself with positive, uplifting, goal getting amazing people that inspired me.
Even when I have days where my vibe is low, being around them helps me get out of the funk and push forward.
2. Get yourself some flowers!
Okay. Not everyone loves flowers but I sure do so I make sure to have fresh flowers in my home every week. Seeing flowers in my bedroom instantly raises my vibe. Give it a try!🌹🌺
What is something you can get yourself that will give you good vibes?
Is it a book? Maybe a plant? Maybe a burgers and fries? Oh wait… is that just me?🤣
Put things in your space that help raise your vibe.
3. Start With Gratitude!
Sometimes we need a reminder of all the goodness in our life. Make a gratitude list so you can see all the things you have to be grateful. Can’t think of anything? That is fine. Start small.
Are you grateful for a bed to sleep in, fresh morning coffee, sunshine? Don’t over complicate it. Just do it. 🤗🤗
2020 has been a year where a lot of us have had to dig deep and find gratitude in the smallest of things.
I know I have and I reflect on that in this blog post.
Going back to gratitude always helps lift my mood and it will do the same for you.
4. Put on some music!
I swear. Music has this way of speaking to the soul. Put some high vibe music on and move your body.
Let your worries and stress melt away and just get moving. 🎶
I often do this at night once my youngest goes to sleep. I lock my bedroom door so that no one will catch me and my terrible dance moves.
5. Go have fun!
What do you like to do for fun? Go do it. Don’t make an excuse like you have work or something like that. Work can wait.
Go have some fun and get out of your head. Sometimes a change of scenery and some fun is just what you need to take your vibe to the next level. 😘😘
6. Watch or listen to postive things
Have you ever watched a movie or listened to a talk and then all if a sudden felt inspired? I sure have!
What you consume affects your mood so choose wisely. There are some shows that are super good but always leave me feeling super low vibe. Maybe they are scary are deal with challenging topics. As good as the shows are, I don’t watch them. This took me a while to learn.
Is that super scary movie that puts you in state and anxiety and fear truly worth watching? Some people aren’t effected by things like that but a lot of people are.
You know yourself well enough to know whether or not certain shows or movies effect you in a negative way.
Pay attention to how you feel during and after watching something. Learn to listen to your body.
Being aware of your mood is huge. Choose to watch/listen to things that will put you in a more postive and inspired state.
7. Change of Scenery
Sometimes you just need to shake things up. When you find yourself in a funk, getting out of your environment might just be what you need to get out of the funk.
You can explore you own backyard. Leave the GPS at home, try something new, talk to strangers, and get lost in your own city.

8. Do a Social Media Detox
Honestly, one of the best decisions I ever made was deleting Facebook. Even though my entire business was marketed on Facebook, I still chose to leave FB a few months ago.
I started to realize the negative impact social media was having on me about 9 months ago.
In the Inner Circle, we often do 72 hour social media detox challenges and mommas feel amazing after doing them. In fact, many mommas choose to go longer than 72 hours.
It is crazy how good I can feel within one day of being off of social media. I also find that I have so much more time.
Give it a try. Get yourself an accountability buddy, choose a length of time, and delete the apps off your phone.
Replace your social media scrolling time with something else and see how you feel.
Maybe spend more time with family and friends, read awesome books, go outside, watch awesome movies, cook delicious food.
This is a game changer! I swear.
